This is the season for sweet corn in Korea. There are more and more of these Korean sweet corns here in Singapore. I cooked the rice with sweet corn, hijiki, and shiitake mushroom. I also used seaweed broth seasoning with soy sauce and sake for cooking the rice. It came out so sweet and delicious!!
